Rumel M. Llantada D.C., C.C.S.P.®
Dr. Llantada received his doctorate degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Llantada is a board certified chiropractor and also recognized as a certified chiropractic sports physician®. He graduated from University of Nebraska cum laude as a pre-med major earning his Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Prior to his undergraduate studies, Dr. Llantada proudly served this country in the United States Air Force for five years.
Dr. Llantada’s post graduate education includes extensive course training in sports medicine, advance radiology and interpretation, clinical nutrition, Graston technique® and advanced kinesio-taping application. He is certified in Graston Technique®Kinesio-Taping® and Titleist Golf Fitness Instructor Level II/Medical Professional.
Dr. Llantada has had the privilege of providing healthcare and injury prevention to some of the top athletes in the world. His passion and knowledge for the game of golf has allowed him the privilege to work with professional athletes on the Sunshine Tour of South Africa, the Nationwide and PGA tours. Dr. Llantada serves as the sports medicine director for the annual Drew Brees Celebrity Classic here in San Diego and is also the official chiropractor for the visiting teams participating in both the Poinsettia Bowl and Holiday Bowl.

Mindy Mar D.C., C.C.S.P.®
Dr. Mindy Mar received her doctorate degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2002. Dr. Mar is a board certified chiropractor and also recognized nationally as a certified chiropractic sports physician®. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in 1997 majoring in exercise science with a concentration on athletic training. Dr. Mar completed her sports medicine post-doctoral program in May 2011 via the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians.
In 2007, Dr. Mar was selected as the team and game day treating doctor for the San Diego Charger Girls and continues her role with the Chargers organization to date. Dr. Mar is recognized as the first female chiropractor contracted in the NFL. She was the team chiropractor/physiotherapist for the BMW ORACLE Racing team who won the 33rd America’s Cup match in Valencia Spain. Dr. Mar was selected as one of four chiropractors in the country to serve a two week rotation at the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs as a healthcare provider during summer 2011. Dr. Mar worked with the USA Para-Cycling team for the UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships in Roskilde, Denmark September 2011 and has been brought on for UCI Track Nationals taking place in February 2012. Dr. Mar was most recently brought on by the United States Bobsled & Skeleton Federation as a team chiropractor for Men and Women's Europa and World Cup series 2011-12 this season in Austria and Germany.
Dr. Mar specializes in sports injury and corrective care utilizing manual adjustments and mobilization, Graston Technique®, Kinesio-taping®, Endermologie® and physiotherapy modalities. Dr. Mar's professional services include chiropractic, physical rehab for neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction; orthopedic/neurological/physical examination, diagnostics, soft tissue therapy; pre and post-operative therapy and exercise rehabilitation.
Dr. Mar is an associate member of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians®, Profootball Chiropractic Society organization, a member and spokesperson for the Foundation of Chiropractic Progress. She has served as an executive director for the San Diego International Sport Council and was affiliated with Urban Housing Partners and the Downtown Residential Marketing Alliance as a marketing coordinator for five years. Her future goal is to establish the M.A.R. Foundation (Mar Animal Rescue) to promote local and nationwide awareness on animal rights and rescue.

Jason Kart, D.C.
Dr. Jason Kart holds a doctorate in Chiropractic and a bachelor degree in Science. He is the only MASTER of Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique, B.E.S.T. in San Diego, and a Certified Body Restoration Technique Practitioner.
Dr. Kart is an advanced, holistic healthcare practitioner, national lecturer/educator with more than 12 years of clinical experience. In addition to nutritional advice, body adjustments, and sophisticated testing, an underlying philosophy of Dr. Kart's wellness plans includes fostering positive habits in our 6 essential health choices (eat, breathe, drink, exercise, rest and think).
After building 3 successful practices in the NY/NJ area, he relocated to San Diego in 2005 with his wife, Karen. They recently gave birth to a beautiful girl, Sophia, and look forward to raising her in the San Diego area. He is also a member of the Science Based Nutrition Organization, a certified personal trainer, and an adjunct professor at Mueller College.

Jason Arnold, D.C.
Dr. Arnold has extensive training in sports medicine, functional assessment, advanced radiology and interpretation as well as clinical nutrition. He is certified in Graston Technique®, Kinesio-Taping®, and Functional Kinetic Training & Rehabilitation®. Dr. Arnold was 1 of 4 selected student doctors to participate in the 2011 Drew Brees Celebrity Golf Classic and is currently one of the team doctors for Horizon Christian Academy.

Tammie Paulino, MBA
Tammie Paulino is a San Diego native and office manager overseeing the daily operations at San Diego Center for Health. She received her Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University in kinesiology and received her Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Health Care MAnagement.
As an exercise physiologist, Tammie has formal experience in exercise rehab, injury protocol and wellness. Her internships as an undergraduate allowed her the experience of working hands on with a variety of patients administrating physiotherapy, corrective physical training and soft tissue treatment.
